Tiffany Velasquez is a CYT 200-hour certified yoga instructor from 721 Yoga, with a rich background in Thai Body Work and Yoga for BJJ. She is the founder of Clan Mother Yoga since 2020, where she has skillfully served a diverse clientele spanning preschoolers to the aging population. Tiffany has been nominated for Best in DFW Yoga Instructor.

In her classes, Tiffany embraces a verbal teaching approach, attuning each session to the unique energy of her students. She believes yoga is a transformative tool, offering not just physical benefits but also a pathway to self-connection and healing.

Tiffany’s diverse skill set includes Thai Body Work and certifications in Yoga for BJJ (Levels 1 and 2). She is continually expanding her knowledge, currently pursuing CYT 200-hour through Yoga for BJJ.

Since 2020, Tiffany has been the driving force behind Clan Mother Yoga, where she has had the privilege of guiding clients ranging from preschoolers to the elderly. Her journey in teaching yoga spans over several years, allowing her to tailor classes to varied audiences with notable success. Her personal yoga practice has been cultivated over the past 12 years.

Tiffany specializes in supporting mothers on their wellness journey. With a keen understanding of the challenges mothers face, her classes aim to prevent burnout and empower clients to replenish their own cups. She is deeply committed to creating a nurturing space for mothers to reconnect with themselves.
