Immerse yourself in a calming and healing practice that focuses on resting your body in poses fully supported by props, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques. This workshop is designed to release tension, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Suitable for all levels, you will be guided through a series of restorative poses, encouraging deep physical and mental relaxation and inner peace. Take a break from the demands of daily life and treat yourself to this nurturing workshop that aims to restore balance to both body and mind. You’ll need 2 blocks, a few blankets and pillows (or bolsters) and on occasion access to a strap, wall and chair. We will work with what you have!
