Dennis Bluthardt is a Bank Manager by day and a Dedicated Yogi for life. His journey into yoga began as a solution to cope with multiple spinal and muscular issues he faced after his discharge from the Navy in 1997. Initially prescribed narcotics for pain relief, Dennis sought alternative methods to manage his discomfort.
In late 2014, his chiropractor recommended yoga, but Dennis was skeptical. He associated yoga with images of “skinny girls in yoga pants” and felt out of place. However, driven by the immense pain he experienced; he made a New Year’s resolution to attend a single yoga class. Dennis reached out to the owner of a local yoga studio, seeking reassurance about what to wear and whether he’d be welcome. The response was simple: “Come as you are, and wear something comfortable.”
Undeterred by a blizzard in Northern Michigan, Dennis attended his first yoga class. The relief he felt afterward was nothing short of magical. Encouraged, he continued attending classes, gradually weaning himself off narcotics. The studio he frequented eventually introduced a RYT-200 program, and Dennis enrolled—not to become an instructor, but to deepen his practice. Yoga had become an integral part of his life, and he no longer relied on pain medication.
Dennis’s perception of yoga underwent a profound transformation. What he initially dismissed as a practice for others became a personal revelation. He delved into the intricacies of yoga, exploring its physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. His journey led him to complete a RYT-500 program and a RPYT program, further enriching his understanding.
In 2023, Dennis founded Namaste Studios, an online platform that extends the strength and beauty of yoga to a global audience. Through live online classes led by exceptional instructors, Namaste Studios empowers yogis of all levels. Additionally, Dennis offers business consulting services, supporting both aspiring and established yoga studios.
Dennis Bluthardt’s mission is clear: to share the transformative power of yoga with the world, one breath at a time.

Before her teacher training, Aleece Balchik had a personal yoga practice for over 11 years working to heal the loss of her parents. She took a variety of classes to help her on this journey for support and growth. Early on, Aleece discovered that her practice and teaching styles were evolving as she delved deeper into the healing arts. She became a certified yoga instructor, bodywork practitioner, and received over 15 certifications. Recently, she became a doula, which allowed her to use all her knowledge to support people in their prenatal, birthing experience and postnatal care.
Aleece believes that everyone deserves to experience the benefits of her knowledge, even the simplest of things like the power of breath. She has used her modalities in various settings, including homes, studios, bars, restaurants, outdoors, festivals, and even on boats. Aleece continues to build innovative ways to share her knowledge and serve the community.
In March 2017, Aleece received her RYT 200, and since then, movement studies have been an integral part of her life. In 2018, she completed her 200 RYT training and later completed an extension program to fine-tune her teaching. Alison began teaching at CorePower in June of 2019 and continued to teach until March of 2020. Alison believes that we are all lifelong students and is constantly taking courses and watching continued education videos online to ensure that she is providing an ever-evolving class for her students. She excels in a power vinyasa flow for all levels and is skilled in yin and a combination of vinyasa and yin. Allison is a 500 Hour E-RYT, YACEP with certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga, FRC® (functional range conditioning), and is a third degree black belt in Karate-do. She has also led international workshops and numerous 200 and 300-Hour yoga teaching trainings. In her classes, you can expect to use a variety of props to help you understand movement better, break down poses, and enter a new world of possibility.
Allison’s passion for yoga is evident in her gentle guidance and her ability to create a safe and supportive environment for her students to practice in. She believes that yoga is a balance of ease and effort, and her classes reflect this philosophy. Her students appreciate her ability to help prevent injuries, improve flexibility, and quiet the mind.

In our group setting, Annie was very informative at the start, ensuring that each member knew what type of meditation and how best to practice. My individual sessions with Annie have been incredible! Annie took the time to learn what I wanted to get from my meditation practice and helped me not only engage in a variety of different types to find what best connected with me but also how to set a proper meditation schedule, how to take time to come out of a meditation properly and did her best to create that individualized coaching I so greatly needed. Annie is a wonderful meditation coach who can help get you where you need to be in your meditation practice, even if you have no idea where to start! - Michael Girard
- Annie is a great instructor! Anyone wanting to reduce stress should seriously think about it. I believe it can better your life and already I am feeling less pain in my lower back! - Gayle Hoffman

Testimonials
Beth is hands-down amazing. First, she is compassionate and understanding. She takes the time to get to know you as a whole person, not just physically. Second, she meets you where you are at, emotionally and physically, and creates a recovery plan according to your specific needs. One that is achievable and quite enjoyable. Lastly, and most importantly, she is doing the work herself. Practicing what she preaches. And will walk along side you with an open heart, clear mind and empathic soul. Highly recommend.

— Yoga Therapy Client
“I was looking for a local yoga instructor who was well respected and confident to command a large group for an event I was hosting. Beth came highly recommended. I hired her for the job sight unseen, hoping she would deliver a solid recovery yoga session to conclude our event. Let me say Beth blew everyone away. She was calm, collective and even though we were running late, she modified her session and delivered. People walked away with a sense of calm and restoration. I was so impressed that I asked Beth to participate in another event I was hosting. This time, she spoke live in front of 400 people in-person and 5k online, delivering an intentional short meditation. Once again, she knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend Beth for Yoga, presenting, and any sort of event. She's nimble and, as I said before, get's the job done (with a smile.)”
— Joe Chura, Go Brewing Owner & Host of Not Almost There podcast
Going into ANY yoga class I was extremely skeptical. NOW yoga is the one time of the week when everything comes to a halt and I just relax, clear my mind and enjoy. In this fast paced and sometimes crazy world we live in, being guided by Beth’s restorative yoga flow and sound healing.... brings my mind, body and soul back into balance. Beth exemplifies what a “good yoga instructor” is and should be by seeing the individuality of each student and teaches them accordingly. Her passion, patience and devotion to yoga make you want to attend every class she teaches.
— Kristin Wertheimer, Student
“Beth’s classes always make me feel refreshed, relaxed and renewed. Her loving spirit and gentle teaching methods never made me feel intimidated when I was a new yogi and I have followed her ever since. She has even done classes for my kids which they loved. Beth is truly talented and gifted.”

After graduating in law, Gabi felt an urge to discover her true self and make the world a better place for every living being. She moved to India at the age of 25 to embark on a journey of self-discovery, where she was introduced to the real world of yoga and the true nature of the human being. Gabi took a post-graduation course in Yoga, Human Consciousness, and Alternative Therapies for a year in Haridwar, and stayed in India for 6 more months to study Pranic Healing on a deeper level, being certified as a master after all.

In 2022, Gabi published a book about self-knowledge, spirituality, and inner and outer journey, which was a best-seller on Amazon Brazil.
Today, Gabi is an experienced therapist and human being, with an urge to share it with other people who are willing to improve their emotional intelligence and to go deep within, finding their own unique nature. Hi, I’m Ilena Hernandez a spirited bilingual (English & Spanish) yoga instructor born in El Centro, CA, and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. My yoga journey began in 2016, driven by a desire to improve my health after trying various workouts—hot yoga became my true passion. After moving to San Antonio in 2020, I’ve passionately shared the transformative power of yoga and meditation with my community.
Yoga has been my guiding light through life’s ups and downs, offering me strength, clarity, and balance when I needed it most. It has not only transformed my physical health but also provided a sanctuary for my mental and emotional well-being. Teaching yoga allows me to share this gift with others, helping them find their own inner peace and resilience.
I’m a 200hr ERYT, IIN Health Coach, and a future personal trainer, blending wellness coaching with mindful movement. With over 5 years of experience, I offer power yoga, restorative yoga, yoga sculpt, yin yoga, and yoga nidra classes. Known for my detailed guidance and inviting atmosphere, I encourage students to explore their practice with confidence and ease.

Off the mat, I’m a foodie at heart, always eager to discover new culinary delights. Join me for a class that celebrates movement, mindfulness, and the joy of life!
Vinyasa Yoga
In this Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, the practice is not just the poses but also the in-between parts—the way one moves to and transitions from pose to pose.
The class emphasizes moving mindfully and being aware of the breath. The intention is to help students connect with the class flow and, more importantly, their movement. The pace is steady but not rushed, and the breathing is synchronized to the rhythm of the music, sometimes an accompaniment, sometimes a backdrop. Expect a class accessible to all levels but elicits some healthy challenges, mainly how it engages the core and incorporates standing balances.
The practice will begin with breathwork and warm-ups, followed by postures that require balance, stability, and concentration. It is nothing too crazy, but it is just the right amount of challenge for a class. We will wind down with restorative poses and finish in a longer-than-usual savasana, allowing you to soak in all the good feelings.
Main Points
No prior experience is necessary. Levels can be modified to accommodate any skill level. The main aim is breath-to-movement synchronization. This practice will improve your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. It's taught from warm-up to cool-down, with options for deep relaxation. You can access it live or recorded, so there is no need to travel to a studio.
What You Need
A yoga mat.
Clothing you can comfortably move in.
Optional props for support.
A willingness to breathe and be in the moment.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga's gentle, calming practice is designed to help bodies and minds relax and return to their normal states. In this class, we do passive stretching and utilize supportive props, blankets, long and short bolsters, and blocks, to name a few, to help us find restful postures in "easy" (but not always simple) ways. Holding a pose for more than a few breaths is counterintuitive in a society that prizes fastness and efficiency. Still, each pose is held for a long time, the instructions are delivered slowly and deliberately, and the class moves meditatively. You will settle in and find your way to unwind and apprentices at this most generous and kind way to practice yoga.
Private 1:1 Yoga (Vinyasa or Restorative)
You will choose which private yoga session you would like to attend. Offered in either a Vinyasa or Restorative Class.
Please also add these photos on her Bio Page as well. Make it look nice and professional.

Kathleen Charles is a yoga instructor at Namaste Studios. She was born in Colorado and discovered yoga in Boulder in the year 2000. Her interest in the practice grew as the years passed and she continued to practice through each of her pregnancies and then with each of her three young sons. Kathleen began teaching after her family relocated to Brisbane, Australia, because she noticed yoga wasn’t as common in that area and felt she could help share it with others. She first trained to teach children with Angel Yoga in 2014 and went on to complete a 500-hour training with Being Yoga. Additionally, she trained to teach seniors specifically through the Australian College of Classical Yoga and Pine Rivers Yoga, all in Australia. Her training has included prenatal yoga, restorative, teaching meditation and mindfulness, and yoga with trauma awareness.
Kathleen’s family returned to Colorado to make their home here in July 2019, and she then also received the SilverSneakers certification. She began teaching with Parkinson Association of the Rockies in November of 2021. She currently teaches about 14 classes/week in various styles, many of those to seniors or people with mobility limitations. Kathleen is humbled by the opportunity to be able to share the ancient, transforming practices of yoga and meditation with others and plans to continue training and learning throughout her life.
When not teaching yoga, Kathleen enjoys any type of fitness and meditation, particularly being outside hiking, skiing, walking and cycling. She also enjoys volunteering in various ways, cooking yummy, nutritious food, reading, traveling and spending time with her cute, crazy family. Plus, she admits she needs a mindless hour of trashy TV in the evenings to decompress from her day.

She has been practicing yoga since 2004, when she was looking for something that would help her connect with her body while using it to create fun and challenging shapes. She did a Power Yoga teacher training at Safe Sweden in Stockholm the same year and took off traveling the world. Landing in LA 2009, she continued her yoga studies and furthered her knowledge in Yin, Smartflow and Ashtanga, primary series. She has been fortunate to study with some of the world’s most talented teachers like Annie Carpenter (smartflow), Paul Grilley (functional approach to yoga), Mark Stephens, Noah Maze (yoga maze), Tim Miller (Ashtanga), Jodi Blomstein (Ashtanga) and R. Sharath Jois (Ashtanga)
Madeleine is certified and has led 500-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings at the National Personal Training Institute. She loves working with students of all ages and teaches both meditation and yoga classes in person and online. She believes in empowering her students while having fun doing some hard work. The best part about teaching yoga is the connection we create when working with each other.
Namaste Studios is lucky to have Madeleine as an instructor. Her passion for yoga and her extensive knowledge of various yoga styles makes her classes both informative and enjoyable. She is dedicated to helping her students achieve their goals and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that they get the most out of their practice.
“May we always greet each other with a smile, because a smile is the beginning of friendship.”
Introduction
Namaste, friends! My name is Marie Theriault. I am an E-RYT-200 teacher and have thousands of hours of teaching experience. I am also trained in Yoga for Cancer and am certified to teach Qigong and Tai Chi meditative movement classes.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is slow flow and mindful. I guide my students to connect to their breath so they can get the most benefit from their practice. I offer cues and options so people can participate in a way that suits their individual needs.
My classes are designed to help improve coordination, circulation, strength, balance, and stimulate the flow of Prana and Qi in the body to support immunity, relieve stress, and cultivate peaceful energy. I strive to create classes in which you will obtain maximum benefit for your time.
My goal is to offer more than “just a class.” In addition to exercise, I intend it to be an educational experience of learning techniques and coping skills to address life and health challenges and to promote deep healing and peacefulness.
Trainings and Certifications
I am an E-RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance. I am also certified in Yoga for Cancer (45 hours).
My extensive Qigong training was completed at the Elixir Qigong Center and also with Supreme Science Qigong (600 hours).
My Tai Chi training was completed at the Empower Life Center (120 hours). I also studied virtually with World Tai Chi Champion Li Jing of Jing Tai Chi (72 hours).
Experience
Qigong since 2011
Yoga since 2014
Yoga for Cancer since 2015
Tai Chi since 2021
I have worked in a variety of settings such as Wellness Centers, Fitness Centers, Hospitals, Virtually, and Privately. My students come from a wide demographic from young adult to seniors and from physically fit to those who are experiencing limited mobility due to injury, age, or health concerns such as cancer. I have many years of experience working with people who desire a natural approach to health and healing that is complementary to other traditional or alternative therapies.
Specializations
My classes are unique. In addition to Yoga poses and Pranayama (breathing techniques), I also incorporate Mudra (Yoga for the Hands), information about the Chakras, and Guided Meditation in my Seated and Standing (Chair) Yoga classes.
The Qigong classes include warmup stretches that are followed by fun to learn movement practices based on the seasons of the year and their relationship to the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As we follow the yearly cycle, we connect with nature, support the healthy functioning of our internal organs, and cultivate the virtues of the elements so we become strong emotionally and mentally as well as physically. I share videos about Acupuncture points that can be used to help with common health concerns such as headaches, nausea, stress, fatigue, pain, and digestive issues.
I have created choreographed movement sequences to popular music to make all my classes unique. Songs from the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, Eva Cassidy, Fleetwood Mac, and more are often incorporated into my classes.
Personal Information
I grew up in Connecticut but have lived in Mississippi, Texas, Germany, and currently North Carolina. I worked for many years as a legal assistant in the personal injury and medical malpractice field.
My current focus and passion is teaching various styles of Yoga, Qigong, and Tai Chi. I appreciate the mind/body/spirit approach to health and love to share the teachings with my students.
I am currently enrolled in an additional 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training and expect to graduate in August 2024. I also enjoy keeping up to date with different styles of Qigong and Tai Chi. There is always something new to learn!
I enjoy being out in nature, hiking to waterfalls, blogging, and cooking healthy meals.

Mona came to find a passion for yoga through playing competitive sports and required yoga cross training. Mona has been a devoted yogi for 15 years and has attended classes, events, trainings, and workshops in the thousands! She is a 200-hour certified Yoga Alliance instructor currently finishing her 500-hour certification with the goal of hosting both teacher trainings and retreats. Mona has specialty certifications in Yoga Nidra, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Public Service professionals, and SUP Yoga.
Mona hopes to provide relief and healing through the practice of yoga. Yoga has taught Mona that the benefits of coming to the mat extend well beyond anything physical, yoga is the total package, truly ‘yoking’/joining mind, body, breathe, and soul. She frequently shares with others that yoga saved her life. In struggles that seemed impossible to “survive,” Mona found that her mat provided grace, space, peace, solitude, strength, clarity, and most importantly, taught her the powerful life-force of breath (pranayama).
Yoga teaches you to breathe through discomfort, through difficult postures… and that, transfers directly off one’s mat. If you can learn to breathe through the struggles of life, both physical and mental, then invariably, you will have the fortitude to not just survive, but to thrive.
Off her mat, Mona also teaches spin and HIIT classes, she is an adventure junkie, avid skier, snowboarder, surfer, paddle boarder, runner, hiker, backpacker, outdoor enthusiast, reader, thrill-seeker, and animal-lover. She is a 7th generation Colorado native with Blackfoot Indian heritage, wife, and mom to three AMAZING children! Mona is a former roller derby athlete who travelled worldwide competing. You may also recognize Mona from the CBS reality TV show, “The Amazing Race - Season 22,” where her and Beth, a lifetime dear friend and roller derby teammate, traveled the world.

Hi, Yogi friends! My name is Shelly Minor. My light honors and sees your light. Allow me to encourage and awaken who you truly are meant to be, as we practice and journey together. Included in my practice is a mudra, a mantra/theme/affirmation, a breathing exercise, asanas (poses) which are all interwoven throughout the hour, give or take a few minutes, of practice. At the end of each practice, in savasana, I treat you to a splash of sound healing with my crystal bowls or Tibetan bowls or maybe a little gong action - who knows. It is an all-around total embodiment of a yoga experience – my own unique way of practicing.
I am going on my 63rd rotation around the sun this year; although that seems like a lot of rotations, I don’t feel the need to slow down anytime soon. Married for 35 of those rotations to my soulmate and husband, Ken, who is my biggest fan. We support each other as we journey through life, mentally as well as physically. We have traveled and journeyed all around the world. Our latest trip, July of 2023, was on a 35ft boat, owned and driven by my husband, Captain Ken, from Fort Myers, Florida through the state to Steward, Florida then across the ocean another 220 miles to the Abacos, Bahamas – so thrilling, so humbling, so much fun. Who knows, maybe I will do a pop-up practice somewhere like that - we will have to wait and see! We are blessed with four beautiful, amazing souls, and they in turn have blessed us with eight more beautiful, amazing souls with promises for more. When we’re all together, let’s just say we’re a crowd. These titles of Wife, Mom, and Mimi are by far my most prized and treasured.
