Catherine Greer Limpo

Catherine Limpo is a career business executive with extensive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, and General Management. Catherine’s business career began in 1999 with Ford Motor Company after completing an MBA at the University of Oregon Lundquist School of Business. Since then, her career has taken her to other large, impactful corporations, growing in scope and responsibility with each role. As an executive, Catherine has focused on empathetic leadership, use of data to make good decisions, and the development of models and analysis to solve complex business problems.

Catherine’s yoga journey began as a teenager, first by imitating poses in yoga books and by following narratives on cassette tapes on the rug in her childhood bedroom. Her practice continued through the years, from the University into adulthood including experiences in Vinyasa, Bikram, Pre-Natal, and Iyengar. During this time Catherine had the opportunity to study with instructors such as Pamela Miller and Maria Lages in Oregon, Michigan and South Carolina. Although not yet practicing every day, Catherine recognized the power and sense of center derived from yoga in its many forms and would continue to actively seek out opportunities to practice.

In 2012, Catherine began a daily practice and proceeded to experience the transformative and truly healing powers of a regular relationship with yoga. With this discipline came a clarity in her life and relationships. Catherine was able to tap into a new and vital sense of calm through breath and movement that would become a life essential. To support this, even with a busy executive career, Catherine actively sought out yoga classes and studios to attend while traveling on business and has now practiced yoga in hundreds of studios around the U.S.A. and the world including Germany, Thailand, and China.

Catherine further deepened her practice in 2022 by committing to 200-hour Teacher Training and today is Yoga Alliance Registered.
