Meet Kristi Johnson, a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. Kristi specializes in teaching midlife women.  She understands that this phase of life can bring many physical and emotional changes, and her classes are designed to help women navigate through these transitions with grace and ease. Her goal is to help women connect with their inner wisdom and live their lives with intention and purpose.

Kristi's teaching style is supportive, nurturing, and empowering, and she creates a safe space for her students to explore their bodies and minds. Her classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance, and she incorporates mindfulness and meditation practices to help her students find inner peace and clarity. Her classes are known for their energetic and playful vibe, and her students often leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Kristi's journey in the world of yoga began over two decades ago when she discovered the transformative power of yoga when managing her chronic symptoms living with Crohn’s disease. Since then, she has dedicated her life to spreading the benefits of yoga to as many people as possible. Kristi's teaching style is warm, welcoming, and inclusive.

Over the years, Kristi has taught yoga in a variety of settings, including yoga studios, corporate offices, universities, etc. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Kristi's classes are an invitation to explore your body, mind, and spirit.

When Kristi is not teaching yoga, she can be found exploring the great outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
