Cynthia decided to take her yoga practice to a new level by getting her Yoga Sculpt Certification in 2014. Shortly after, she received her 200 Hour Certification in Power Vinyasa, Hot Power Fusion, Restorative Yoga, and HIIT Pilates. Cynthia also obtained her 500 Hour Certification in 2020 after extensive training and teaching in India. She travels the world teaching Yoga for a travel company, meeting new people, and sharing new experiences.

Cynthia’s passion for teaching children and adults about deep breathing, mental focus, releasing stress and trauma from the body, and many other benefits of yoga led her to train and study for her Yoga Therapist Certification. In addition to teaching at various studios and her own, Cynthia works for a women’s rehabilitation center in Illinois, where she helps women with releasing trauma, somatic healing, deep breathing, meditation, sound healing with crystal bowls, substance abuse, mental health, and eating disorders. As a recent author of the Children’s Yoga Book “CALM,” she loves hosting workshops for children and adults, learning so many tools and helpful ways to relax, release stress and anxiety, etc.

Cynthia’s extensive experience and training make her an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health through yoga.
