Cassandra Oeverman RYT 200

My name is Cassandra Oeverman, and I am a RYT 200 yoga teacher and a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. I have a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy and have been practicing yoga since I was in my early 20’s. In addition to my yoga credentials, I have been certified by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification since 2000. Professionally, I work in a rehabilitation setting with adults recovering from spinal cord injuries, acquired traumatic brain injuries, and multiple trauma. I infuse my yoga training into my rehabilitation work daily.

I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and overcome physical challenges. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for healing and transformation, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my students to explore their practice. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, I invite you to join me on the mat and discover the many benefits of this ancient practice.

I practice and teach primarily breath-based Vinyasa flow yoga, which focuses on connecting breath with movement. I also offer private yoga classes and love helping individuals achieve their personal wellness goals.

I would be honored to be a part of your yoga journey!
